No one was injured Thursday afternoon when a sport utility vehicle overturned on Gainesville Highway near Grant Mill Road.
Habersham County E-911 dispatched the Baldwin Fire Department, Habersham County Emergency Services, and the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office to the wreck just after 4 p.m. with reports of people possibly still inside.
Baldwin firefighters arrived at the scene and determined everyone was safely out of the vehicle.
The vehicle was on the shoulder of the road, so there was minimal traffic disruption, says Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore. He said no further details were available as of Friday afternoon.
