Six people escaped injury in a three-vehicle rear-end wreck Sunday evening in Demorest.

Around 5:30 p.m., Brandon Casement, 18, of Johns Creek, was driving a Hyundai Sonata north on GA 385/US 441 Business near Hyde Park Lane. Annalise Conway, 20, of Royston, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee in front of him. When Conway stopped for a Honda Accord Sport to turn, the Sonata ran into the back of the Jeep. The impact pushed the Jeep into the Honda which was driven by Alexis Higgins, 20, of Cornelia.

Higgins was carrying two juvenile passengers in her vehicle and 18-year-old Daisy Buckwell of Johns Creek was riding with Casement.

Troopers with Georgia State Patrol Post 7 in Toccoa investigated the wreck. They say no one was injured. Troopers charged Casement with following too closely and gave him a tire tread warning.
