Following an investigation into a cybertip, Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested a Murrayville man and charged him with possession and distribution of child pornography.
John Paul Hendrix, 35, was arrested Thursday, January 19, at his residence on Claude Parks Road.
Arrest warrants indicate Hendrix was in possession of a video showing two young children – both believed to be under the age of 12 – engaged in sexual activity. The suspect allegedly shared the video with another individual via his Facebook account. The offenses occurred between Nov. 2 and Nov. 3, 2021, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office says.
Hendrix is charged with two felony counts of sexual exploitation of children. He remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond.
