A motorcyclist was injured Monday afternoon when he ran into the back of a truck. Dispatchers alerted emergency personnel to the wreck Monday at 5:32 p.m.
According to reports from Habersham County 911, a caller from the scene stated that the motorcycle hit the back of his truck and went off of the road in a ditch.
The wreck occurred at the Level Grove Road end of J. Warren Road. The wreck blocked J. Warren Road for nearly an hour before deputies cleared the scene.
According to Habersham County Public Information Officer Rob Moore, the motorcyclist was transported with non-life threatening injuries to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.
Habersham County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the wreck and released no further information.
