Matthew Wakefield, age 98, of Demorest, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020.
Mr. Wakefield was born on July 8, 1922
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Winafred Elene Wakefield.
Survivors include his nephew, Walter D. Rice, Jr.
Graveside Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, Georgia.
