Throughout the month of February, residents are encouraged to “show the love” to Habersham County businesses with the “Love Local” Tic-Tac-Toe Contest hosted by the Habersham Chamber of Commerce.
Tic-Tac-Toe cards containing nine squares with nine different categories can be downloaded from the Chamber’s website or Facebook page. Customers are encouraged to make a purchase in any of the block categories- vertically, horizontally, or diagonally – and return their card along with receipts to the Chamber office by February 26.
A $100 Visa gift card drawing will be held on March 1.
“This is just our way of having fun while supporting our businesses during this month,” says Chamber President Mary Beth Horton. “We are dedicated to giving attention to our businesses throughout the year- not just for the holidays. And it’s even more crucial this year as our economy continues to recover.”
