“What do you want to be when you grow up?” It’s a common question people ask children and teens. While some young people discover their life’s passion and decide their careers at an early age, most need time to explore.
Students at South Habersham Middle School got the chance to do just that recently during the school’s annual Career Fair.
On March 14, SHMS students learned about over 29 different local businesses, careers, and post secondary options. Local community members set up booths and brought in vehicles and equipment to demonstrate their businesses.
School officials extend their thanks to all who donated their time to make the event a “huge success!”
