Talented TFS middle school students perform for classmates
Tallulah Falls School middle school students and faculty were treated to a series of spirited performances as the House of Owls student group hosted a talent show on Jan. 15.
Seven different acts performed during the school-wide assembly.
Sixth-grader Caroline Smith of Cleveland performed Classical Mozart-Symphony #40 on the electric piano, sixth-grader Lily Turpin of Demorest sang “Want It Now” and seventh-grader Jace Ibemere of Decatur sang “All of Me”.
The TFS seventh- and eighth-grade choir performed “Down in the River to Pray” and “Pass Through the Waters”.
Sixth-grader Jake Owensby of Cornelia displayed a rare talent as he played “Amazing Grace” on the keyboard while upside down.
Sixth-grader Timothy Beck of Clayton received a rousing response as he sang a spirited rendition of “Country Roads”/”Rock Me” while playing the ukulele.

Several members of the TFS middle school faculty joined the fun as the TFS Faculty Chorale sang “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”/”With a Little Help from My Friends”.
