Underaged driving took on a new meaning Saturday in Clarkesville as kids turned out in downtown their favorite set of wheels.
The city of Clarkesville hosted Kids on Wheels!
Children of varying ages showed up in their kiddie fire engines, scooters, tractors, even an airplane. While there, they got to pedal around the Madison Street parking lot while checking out classic cars, emergency vehicles, and visiting with Smokey the Bear.
Just up the street, AirLife landed in the lot near Clarkesville United Methodist Church. The chopper — and summertime event hosted by Clarkesville Main Street — were both huge hits.
