Habersham Central High School’s Graduation ceremony has been postponed until 9 a.m. Saturday, May 21st due to the weather. It will be held at Raider Stadium or inside the HCHS gymnasium tomorrow (depending on the weather).
HCHS Principal Wes McGee made the call to postpone shortly after 1 p.m. Friday due to the imminent threat of heavy rainfall. “We have made every effort to have the ceremony tonight but the weather has not cooperated,” McGee says.
Graduates should report to the high school’s performing arts center by 8am Saturday. Gates will open at 7am for family.
