Kazanetti String Quartet to Perform on new Virtual Center Stage at Sautee Nacoochee Cultural Center

The Cannon Classical Series will present Kazanetti String Quartet in a live concert on the new Virtual Center Stage for the Sautee Nacoochee Cultural Center. The concert is available live on Sunday, September 20, from 4:00 pm until midnight. Directions for how to purchase tickets and how the Virtual Center Stage works are provided below.

Kazanetti is an award-winning string quartet that has distinguished itself across the country through its diverse programming and its commitment to excellence. Members Elizabeth Alvarez, George Butler, Julie Rosseter, and Michele Volz have been performing together for more than 20 years and are the newly-appointed Artists-in-Residence at Georgia College.

Recently, Kazanetti returned from France as one of the selected quartets to perform at the Debussy Conference in Paris. Kazanetti has expanded its classical programs through collaboration with many artists and other professionals including the internationally-acclaimed Manhattan String Quartet.

The quartet will be performing Schubert’s String Quartet in A minor, D 804 – Op. 29, “Rosamunde” on Virtual Center Stage. The concert includes in depth information on the piece given by each of the quartet members, as well as an ending interview with the members.

How Virtual Center Stage works: Upon purchasing your “Tune Me In” ticket, the concert link will appear at the bottom of your ticket confirmation, allowing you access to the concert anytime from 4:00 p.m. through midnight, Sunday, Sept. 20.
