Karen Adams, age 71, of Gainesville, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville.
Karen was born July 10, 1952, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Lilly Mae Fowler Krause & the late Raymond Lee Krause, Sr. She retired from Northeast Georgia Health System, where she worked in billing. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Raymond Lee Krause, Jr. & William Michael Krause.
Left to cherish memories, Husband, Johnny Adams; daughters, Heather (Scott) Harper & Jessica (Robby) Buffington; sons, John Adams, John Michael (Davida) Adams, Bobby Lance, Jr.; mother, Lilly Mae Krause; brother, Tony (Shelley) Krause; grandchildren, Cameron Scott Harper, Christian Scott Harper, Chloe Elizabeth Mae Harper, Kevin (Tasha) Scott, Tristan Anthony Buffington, Josie Leeann Buffington, Emily Adams, Madison Adams & Jaylyn Lack; great-grandchildren, Beckam & Turner; a number of nieces, nephews & other relatives also survive.
A celebration of life visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
