Jerry T. Williamson, 70, of Baldwin. left this life on Saturday, October 17, 2015. Born in Athens-Clarke County May 18th, 1936, he was preceded in death by his mother Mary Alice Williamson, his son Gregory Jerald Williamson, sister-in-laws Mildred Philyaw, Joyce Thompson, Donnie Barrett, and Jimmy Barret.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Barrett-Williamson of Baldwin, daughter Debbie Williamson of Panama City Beach, FL, Timmy Williamson of Baldwin, daughter and son-in-law, Pam Williamson-Lovell and Randy Lovell of Baldwin, daughter and son-in-law Nicole Williamson-Clark and Brent Clark of Mt. Airy, daughter Lisa Norton Moore of Alto and brother Troy D. Williams also of Baldwin.
He raised two of his his grandchildren as his own, Brad Williamson of Cornelia and Riley Sexton of Baldwin. The rest of his grandchildren include Gloria Williamson of Flowery Branch, Brandon Williamson of Atlanta, Bridget Lovell of Baldwin, Jill Williamson- Harn of Homer, Andy Williamson of Alto, Heather Lovell of Batesville, Haley Lovell of Baldwin, Reese And Jaimee Scott of Toccoa, and Tristan Clark of Mt. Airy and his 15 grandchildren and 8 brothers in law.
