Jeanette “Net” Eller Burch, age 78, of Demorest, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
Born on April 30, 1946, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Boyd and Ree Rogers Eller. Mrs. Burch worked at Ethicon for 28 years before retiring and becoming a caregiver to others. She enjoyed sitting with numerous families and taking care of them in their time of need. In her spare time, she liked to play Bingo and the Lottery. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Nicky Pietropaolo and Danny Eller.
Survivors include her husband, Rex Burch of Demorest; daughter, Beth Chapman of Clarkesville; grandchildren: Riley Chapman, Colby Chapman, and Hayden Eller; great-grandchild, Keelous Chapman; brothers, Junior Eller of Demorest and Billy Eller of Toccoa; sisters, Lennie Hammond of Demorest and Judy Eller of Cornelia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & Stewart with Rev. Gabe Southard, Mr. Ken Curtis, and Mr. Bruce Harkness officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:30-8 pm on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the funeral home.
