Jason Monroe Kelley, age 43 of Clarkesville, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 18, 2020.
Born in Stephens County, Georgia on August 31, 1977, he was the son of William Austin, Jr. & Cynthia Fry Kelley of Clarkesville, Georgia. Jason worked alongside his father for many years with Handy Service Repair & most recently as Maintenance Supervisor for Country Inn & Suites in Helen, Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing. Most of all, Jason enjoyed precious time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of Old Nacoochee Missionary Baptist Church.
Jason was preceded in death by his infant sister, Bobbie Jo Kelley; grandfathers, William Austin Kelley, Sr. & Rayford Monroe Fry; & father-in-law, Dennis Geisecke.
Survivors include his wife, Lori Geisecke Kelley; daughters, Brittany Kelley; Deonna Bartholf; son, Zachary Bartholf all of Clarkesville, GA; parents, Rev. Austin & Cynthia Kelley of Clarkesville, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Tracy & Thomas Caulfield of Demorest, GA; grandparents, Mary Ann Fry; Lorene & Lloyd Murray, all of Clarkesville, GA; mother-in-law, Lucy Geisecke of York, PA; grandchildren, Dakota, Alaynah, Aleeyah, Ayden, & Emilee; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, & a host of friends.
A private family graveside will be held in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Chris York officiating.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Good News Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Stamey & Rev. Lamar Kastner officiating.
