Memorial services for JAMES FREDERICK “JIM” WINTEMUTE, age 80 of Clarkesville, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2014 from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 680 Double Bridge Connector, Demorest, GA 30535.
Mr. Wintemute died October 14, 2014 at Landmark Hospital in Athens.
Born in Detroit, Michigan on April 1, 1934, Mr. Wintemute was the son of the late John and Estelle Unsworth Wintemute. Mr. Wintemute was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses and he was an Insurance Broker and owner of Wintemute Insurance Company.
Survivors include his wife Mary Ellen Mattice Wintemute of Clarkesville, daughters Shelley Rodriguez of Redlands, California, Christy Woodward of Clarkesville, and Nancy Kimbrough of Rosamond, California, son John Wintemute of Thousand Oaks, California, sister Lois Scharf of California, grand daughters Leah, Danielle, Heather, and Kortney, and six great grandchildren.
