The TFS Lady Indians teed off the 2021 season, and came out with a win over Flowery Branch at Chicopee Woods. The Lady Indians scored 133 against Flowery Branch’s 151 to earn the win.
Maggie Jackson was the low medalist, as the senior Wofford signee shot a 38 across 9 holes. Fellow senior teammate Brinson Hall, a Troy signee, was just behind her with a 39. Sophomore Hannah Lundy carded a 56 to round out the scoring. Jackson’s 38 was two strokes shy of the school record, held by herself and Hall.
The girls return to action on next Wednesday against Stephens County at The Orchard in an 9-hole event.
