Jackson County Manager Kevin Poe (Jackson County Government)

Kevin Poe, county manager of Jackson County, has been reappointed to the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) Board of Managers as the Defined Benefit Pension Board representative.

The announcement was made during the ACCG Annual Conference in Chatham County, where the 2025–2026 Board of Managers was officially sworn in by Rodney Bullard, CEO of The Same House, at the Installation and Awards Luncheon.

“We are excited to welcome our newly installed Board of Managers, a group of dedicated leaders chosen by their peers to guide our organization,” said ACCG Executive Director Dave Wills. “Their commitment and expertise will be invaluable as we work together to advance the interests of Georgia counties.”

Poe, who has served as Jackson County’s Manager for 14 years, also chairs the ACCG Defined Benefit Pension Plan Board of Trustees.

“It is an honor to serve on the ACCG Board of Managers due to my role as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the ACCG Pension Plan,” Poe said. “I look forward to working alongside fellow board members to further the mission of ACCG.”
