Maggie Jackson had a record two-day performance for Tallulah Falls School in the Woodward Two-Day Tournament at Canongate. While originally a 36-hole event, weather shortened the tournament on Saturday.
Nonetheless, Jackson shot a school record 33 on 9-holes on Friday as part of an 18-hole record score of 68. She had carded a 40 in the second round before it was called, giving her a final score of 108. That was good for second place among stiff competition.
Brinson Hall was at 83 after the first day, and had a 39 on Saturday for a 122. Hannah Lundy rounded out the scoring with a two-day total of 167, giving TFS a 397 overall score.
Jackson’s record breaks Hall’s set just days ago, as the two have continued to go back and forth sharing the record.
