An investigation is underway after human remains were discovered Monday afternoon in a wooded area in South Hall County. The remains were found on Paradise Point Road in the Flowery Branch area, according to the sheriff’s office.
“The remains have been sent for autopsy to determine the identity of the person and the cause of death,” says Hall County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer BJ Williams.
Williams says it may be several days before autopsy results are available. No other information is being released at this time.
