Habersham United Believers is sponsoring a Youth-At-Risk Summit to inform the public about the problems facing Habersham’s youth and to engage the community in developing solutions.
The summit will be held Thursday, Feb. 19, from 6:30-9pm at the Habersham EMC Community Room,
