It’s a collage of images, inspirational quotes, and an opportunity to build your dreams, set your goals, and make it all visible. Vision Boards are motivational tools – new year resolutions – and intentional long-term planning to inspire and direct.
Amanda’s Farm to Fork at the Tea Room is hosting a free event on Sunday, January 5, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
If you wonder whether a Vision Board could benefit you, the idea is rooted in visualization and the law of attraction. Putting your dreams, intentions, and goals on a Vision Board you view regularly can reinforce those ideas in your subconscious and help motivate you to achieve them.
Amanda Browning, owner of Amanda’s Farm to Fork, believes in Vision Boards.
“So many people become overwhelmed at the new year with possibilities and goals and plans that it becomes too much. We get together as a group and talk through the project,” she explains.
Sunday’s event is free of charge and you may register online. Snacks will be available.
Located at 3778 Hwy. 254 in Cleveland, Georgia, Amanda’s Farm to Fork at the Tea Room offers opportunities to learn everything from bread making to gardening.
