From now through January 30th, Ninth District Opportunity (NDO) will be talking with people in our area about their housing status and various factors that impact people’s ability to obtain and maintain housing.
The brief survey is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Georgia Department of Community Affairs. It will be used to help legislators and service providers identify the number of homeless and unstably housed people in our area.
The survey form is available at the NDO office in Cornelia located at 144 Commerce Pkwy # A.
Surveys are also available at the Department of Labor in Cornelia, Department of Family and Children Services in Clarkesville, Habersham County Sheriff’s Office and other locations throughout NDO’s service area (see below).
No names will be recorded.
