The Habersham Central Weightlifting Team competed Saturday at the GACA State Weightlifting Competition in Jefferson County. The team was the Class 6A State Runner Up.
Pierce Vickery, Ryan Pastman, and Thomas Dills won individual state championships in their weight class.
Simarcus Burney, Parker Behrends, and Brennon Clouse placed 2nd.
