Tonight is opening night of the Habersham Central Stage Raiders production of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. It’s based on the 1954 American film classic of the same name.
The story is set in 1850s Oregon. A backwoodsman brings a wife home to his farm and suddenly his six brothers decide they want to get married, too. What happens next leads to a foot stompin’, belly laughin’ good time.
The show is directed by HCHS drama teacher Jeremy Bishop and choreographed by Amber Watson Miller.
Show times are Thursday, April 27th-Saturday, April 29th at 7:30pm and Sunday, April 30th at 2 p.m.
