Harold Nelson Bryson, age 65 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
Born in Habersham County on November 11, 1957, Harold was the son of Edna Owens Bryson and the late Furman Ray Bryson. Harold was a master craftsman and had spent his earlier years building custom cabinetry and furniture. For the last twenty-plus years, Harold has been the farm manager for Sanctuary Farms. Harold will be best known for his shining personality, genuine love for other people, and unwavering friendship to so many. In addition to his father, Harold is preceded in death by his brother Gary Bryson.
Survivors include his wife Cheryl Lusnia of Cleveland, mother Edna Owens Bryson of Clarkesville; brother and sister-in-law Steve and Natalie Bryson of Mt. Airy; daughter Kelly Lusnia of Seattle, Washington; nephews Evan Bryson, Alex Bryson, and Luke Bryson; niece Shannon Bryson; grandchildren Jerome “JJ,” Evelyn “Evee,” and Zora, as well as many cousins, extended family, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Hillside Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Donald Grizzle and Rev. Shane Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow the service in Victory Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 6-9 PM.
