It’s the spookiest day of the year — or the sweetest if you consider the candy. Halloween is here and thousands of kids of all ages are eagerly awaiting the hour to dress up and scare up some good old fashioned Halloween fun. If you’re among them, here are some places you might want to go:
Halloween at Unicoi State Park
Unicoi State Park is hosting a full day of Halloween events at the lodge located at 1788 Highway 356, Helen, GA. 30545.

Trick-or-Treat on the Clarkesville Square
5–7 p.m.
Local businesses will be handing out treats outside their places of business along Washington Street in Clarkesville, GA 30523.
Trunk-or-Treat at Tallulah Gorge State Park
5:30-7:30 p.m.

Trick-or-Treat in Downtown Demorest
6-8 p.m.
The City of Demorest is hosting a Halloween event complete with fire engines, police cars, hay rides and lots of candy. Located at 579 Georgia St, Demorest, GA 30535.
Trunk-or-Treat at Truett-McConnell College
6 to 9 p.m.
Community-wide event on the college campus located at 100 Alumni Dr, Cleveland, GA 30528.
Carnival and Haunted House at Sautee Nacoochee Center
6:30-8:30 p.m.
