The Habersham County School System is launching its Summer Meals program.
The Habersham Schools Nutrition and Transportation Departments are teaming up to provide free meals to all children 18 years old and under June 1 through July 22.
Meals will be available for parent pick up from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. each week, Monday through Thursday at the following locations:
- Cornelia Elementary School 375 Old Cleveland Road
- Clarkesville Elementary School 6539 State Hwy 115 W
- Meadowbrook 830 W Airport Road
- Whispering Woods 230 Wayside Street
- Grier Peach Orchard 173 Herring Mill Road
No meals will be served over the July Fourth holiday, July 1-5.
