Two weeks worth of snow days are catching up with Habersham County public school students. The previously planned teacher workday scheduled for Friday, March 13, is now a makeup school day. Students will report to class on March 13.
A barrage of ice and snow during the weeks of Feb. 16 and Feb. 22 forced public schools and many private schools to close. Habersham County public school students were out of class for nine days. They returned to the classroom this past Monday, March 2.
