The Habersham County Little League 9-10 and 10-11 All-Stars were in action over the weekend.
The 9-10 All-Stars got off to a quick start with a 12-1 win over Madison County, but fell to Toccoa 12-2, bumping them to the elimination bracket. Habersham plays Franklin County Monday night at 8:30 p.m. at Madison County.
Hart and Toccoa have yet to fall in the 9-10 bracket, and Habersham/Franklin and Rabun/Madison are fighting in elimination games tonight.
In the 10-11 bracket, Habersham fell in its opener to Hart County, 13-3. Hart and Franklin meet in the winner’s bracket tonight, while Habersham, who staved off elimination with an 11-5 win over Toccoa, will play Madison Monday at 8:30 p.m. at Madison County to try to stay alive.
Majors (11-12), Junior League (13-14) and Senior League (14-15) all open play in July.
