A Mt. Airy teenager faces trial for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
The Habersham County Grand Jury indicted Skyler Chase Tomlin on three counts last week. He’s charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, and aggravated sexual battery.
Court records show Tomlin allegedly assaulted the girl in July 2017. He was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018.
Tomlin was 18 years old at the time of his arrest.
