Georgia Pre-K Classes in Habersham County Elementary Schools will begin on September 8, the same as K-12 students in the district.
There are 154 Pre-K students registered to begin school this fall, according to Habersham County’s Director of Elementary Schools Rhonda Andrews. “We look forward to welcoming them as the newest members of the Habersham County School System,” she says.
Pre-K teachers will be reaching out to parents of Pre-K students soon to arrange appointments for family visits to the classrooms to meet the Georgia Pre-K staff at the school.
The Head Start program in Baldwin has not yet announced its fall school plans. An announcement is expected soon.
