Habersham County Commissioner Bruce Palmer invites all county residents to attend a Town Hall meeting on public safety at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, in Clarkesville.

The event will spotlight Habersham County Animal Care and Control, Habersham County E-911, Habersham County Emergency Services, and the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.

The meeting was originally scheduled for March 27 but was rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, according to county public information officer Rob Moore.

The Town Hall meeting will be held in Rooms A and B of the Habersham County Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center, 120 Paul Franklin Road, Clarkesville.

Palmer and officials from the county’s public safety agencies will be there to answer residents’ questions.

This is not an official Habersham County Board of Commissioners meeting and no official action will be taken.
