A memorial service is scheduled Tuesday in Dublin, GA for Clay Smith. Smith was the Jail Maintenance Director at the Habersham County Detention Center. He was the husband of Habersham County EMA/911 Director Lynn Smith.
Clay passed away Saturday.
News of his death was met with shock and sadness by friends and colleagues.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 25, at 2 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Home located at 1320 N. Jefferson Street Dublin, Georgia. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. with the services to follow.
