Courthouse and administration departments will be open unless the weather turns severe. Court not in session.
Habersham County Administrator Phil Sutton released the following statement to Now Habersham:
“The County offices will be open Monday. We will be monitoring the weather throughout the day. The Courthouse and administration departments will be open unless the weather turns severe. The courts will not be in session on Monday. The Court will not be holding hearings, calendar call or revocations. The Sheriff will bring in extra staff to respond to emergency calls. Our Emergency Management Agency has been monitoring the hurricane and weather advisories throughout the weekend. We will respond as the weather changes during the next two days.”
