The Habersham Central Raiders lost in region play Friday night against the Raiders of North Forsyth at Cumming. Final score, 20-14.
North Forsyth got on the board fast, posting 14 points in the first quarter. Habersham Central, fueled by momentum from last week’s big win over John’s Creek, answered with two TD’s in the 2nd 4th quarters but it wasn’t enough. North Foryth carried the win on two field goals.
Habersham Central is now 1-9 on the season, 1-8 in region play. Their last game of the season is next Friday, November 6 when they take on the Chattahoochee Cougars at Alpharetta. Kick off is at 7:3o p.m.
