Gordon Frederick Clark, 79, of Demorest, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Newcomb and Clara Clark, and his brothers, Arthur Clark and Dennis Clark. Mr. Clark was born in Winterport, Maine. He was also a resident of Ft. Pierce, Florida, for over 25 years.
Mr. Clark retired from the nuclear power plant, where he worked for many years.
Survivors include his son, Gordon Clark (Stacy Sapp) of Cornelia, and grandson, Gage Clark. Other family members include David and Kim Thornton, Brittany Thornton, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Clark served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. He loved fishing, gardening, and spending time at his residence in Demorest.
