Tuition at University of North Georgia and other state schools is going up again this fall.
The state Board of Regents met in Gwinnett County on Tuesday. The group voted to raise the cost for students at UNG by 5% per semester. For a 4-year student, with a full class schedule, the increase comes to $127.45 per semester. Tuition at the school jumped last year by about half that amount.
UNG offers both 2 year and 4 year degrees at campuses in Gainesville and Dahlonega.
