The Gainesville Police Department is investigating a homicide they believe occurred over the weekend.
An adult male was found deceased at a residence at Walton Summit Apartments off EE Butler Parkway on Saturday, Nov. 16, according to police. The case is being investigated as a homicide as police await autopsy results to confirm the identity of the victim.
