The agents said they made contact with suspect Milton Marshall, 40, at a residence on Ledan Road Tuesday night. When they carried out a search warrant on the house, they found 32 grams of cocaine, 42 grams of methamphetamine, 24 fentanyl tablets and some marijuana.

The estimated street value of the illegal narcotics was placed at around $8,400. In addition, agents say they found $1,255 in cash.

The sheriff’s office says Marshall also had two loaded pistols. Investigators charged him with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and trafficking.

Marshall is being held in the Hall County Jail.
