Traffic along GA 105 between Highways 17 and 115 is being rerouted due to a downed tree and power lines. Habersham County Road Superintendent John Stamey says the road is blocked near Fairview Convenience Store.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
The road is expected to be closed for several hours.
