Fire investigators are trying to determine what caused a mobile home fire in Alto. The blaze broke out inside the single-family residence at 344 Hidden Valley Drive Thursday afternoon, Nov. 2.
When Banks County firefighters arrived at the scene, they found the mobile home was “well involved with fire,” says Banks County Fire Chief Steve Nichols.
Habersham County firefighters provided mutual aid.
The fire heavily damaged the structure. No one was home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
The Banks County Fire Department and the Georgia State Fire Marshal’s Office are investigating the cause of the blaze.
