(Cleveland)- White County voters showed up at the polls Tuesday and elected Attorney Don Ferguson as the next probate judge.
Ferguson received 2,701 votes (54.9%) to former state senator Carol Jackson’s 2,215 votes (45.06%). Officials say 26.42 percent of the registered voters in the county cast ballots.
Probate Judge was the only county race that was decided in the primary runoff.
