For one evening, Domaine Wine Distributors has received permission to turn the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway into “Domaine on the Train.”
Imagine leaving Blue Ridge at 3:30pm on Sunday, October 19th, with the Autumn leaves in full color, sipping a glass of white wine as the beautiful Toccoa River slips slowly by. One hour later you arrive in McCaysville, disembark, and enjoy a pavilion-covered wine tasting. There you can sample from a selection of 8 wines from the Domaine European portfolio. Then it’s back on the train for the return trip, a glass of red wine and a box of specially paired delicacies prepared by Chef Andrew of Me, My Chef and I. The train pulls into Blue Ridge at 7pm and the rest of the evening is yours.
