The Georgia Department of Transportation is asking motorists to steer clear of the intersection at SR 369/Brown’s Bridge Road and SR 11/US129/EE Butler Parkway in downtown Gainesville tomorrow.
GDOT spokeswoman Teri Pope says crews will be removing and replacing damaged asphalt throughout the day Wednesday. Extreme delays are expected.
Road crews will be working the intersection on October 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.
