Students in the VFL ESL program at First Baptist Church of Cornelia were awarded certificates marking their participation and progress in learning English. The ESL (English as a Second Language) program is a community partnership between Volunteers for Literacy of Habersham County, North Georgia Technical College and First Baptist Church of Cornelia. Students celebrated the end of the year with a Christmas party on Thursday, Dec. 18.
