Voters in Baldwin, Demorest and Tallulah Falls will head to the polls today to decide local elections. Municipal elections in Alto, Clarkesville, Cornelia and Mt. Airy were canceled since all candidates in those towns and cities were unopposed.
In addition to council and mayoral races, voters in Demorest will decide the fate of two liquor referendums and Baldwin voters will determine the fate of three ad valorem tax questions (Freeport Exemption).
