If you’re hunting for an egg hunt this Easter weekend in Northeast Georgia, check out our list below. With rain in the forecast, you may also want to check with organizers for possible schedule changes before you go.
Saturday, April 8
- Saturday, April 8, 11 am- 1 pm: Easter Egg Hunt and Cookout. Cornelia Congregational Holiness Church, 368 Galloway Street, Cornelia, GA.
- Saturday, April 8, 1-3 pm: Resurrection Celebration, sponsored by Flat Creek Baptist Church. Giant egg hunt with 40,000 eggs, bounce houses, live music, games, and snacks. This event will be held at the West Hall High School Football Field at 5500 McEver Road in Oakwood, GA.
- Saturday, April 8, 1:30 pm: Easter Egg Hunt, presented by Riverwalk Plaza. Candy and gift card prizes. The egg hunt will be held in the courtyard between Muller’s Café and Cowboys and Angels, located at 60 Chattahoochee Street, Helen, GA.
- Saturday, April 8, 4-7 pm: Kids and Adult Easter Egg Hunts at Terra Incognita Vineyards in Clarkesville. Kids hunt at 4 pm, and adults hunt at 6 pm. The adult hunt will not include candy but gifts like free glasses of wine, free bottles, and an overnight stay in the pavilion suite. The kids’ hunt is free! Tickets for the adult hunt are $17 in advance through Terra Incognita’s Facebook page and $20 at the door. The vineyard is located at 1821 Vandiver Mountain Road (off Low Gap Road) in Clarkesville, GA.
NOTE: Due to the weather, Hillside Orchard Farm in Lakemont has rescheduled its April 8 Easter egg hunt to April 15.

- Saturday, April 15, 2 pm: Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Hillside Orchard Farms. For kids up to 10 years of age. Hayrides, train rides, visits with bunny starting at noon with an egg hunt at 2 pm. Hillside Orchard Farms is at 18 Sorghum Mill Drive, Lakemont, GA. For more information, call 706-782-2776.
