Early voting for the Nov. 8 General Election is now underway in Georgia. For the next three weeks you may cast your ballot in person at the Habersham County Elections and Registration Office, weekdays from 8am-5pm.
The office is located in the basement of the county administration building (old courthouse) at 555 Monroe Street in Clarkesville.

Other key dates to remember
Habersham County’s North and South Precincts will open for Saturday Voting on Oct. 29 from 9am-4pm. They’ll also be open for Advance Voting the last full week before the election beginning Oct. 31 from 8am-7pm.
Habersham North Precinct is located in the Ruby C. Fulbright Aquatic Center in Clarkesville and Habersham South is at First Baptist Church of Cornelia.
Early and Advance Voting end Nov. 4. Absentee ballot applications must also be received by that date.
What’s required?
Any voter registered in Georgia may vote early.
Don’t forget to bring your photo ID. Forms of acceptable identification include, a Georgia driver’s license, even if it’s expired; a state-issued voter identification card; valid U.S. passport; or a valid U.S. military photo ID.
