Earl Helton, age 74 of Dahlonega, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
Born in White County on April 13, 1941, he was a son of the late Gus Helton and Azzie Jane London Helton. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Terrell Helton and sisters, Florence Freeman and Dorothy Howard.
Surviving are step-daughter and husband, Maggie & Grover Nelms of Demorest; sisters, Ann Helton of Clayton and Josephine Maxwell of Gainesville.
Graveside services are 11:00 Friday, November 20, 2015, at the Nelms Family Cemetery. All friends and family are requested to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 am Friday.
